1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
* RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF DELIVERY FOR ALL ORDERS
* ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION – UNWORN, UNWASHED, WITH TAGS AND PACKAGING INTACT.
* RETURNS WILL BE REJECTED IF ITEMS SHOW SIGNS OF WEAR, DAMAGE, ALTERATIONS, OR ODOR.


2. EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
* EXCHANGES ARE ALSO ACCEPTED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF DELIVERY, EXCLUDING SALE ORDERS.
* ONCE YOUR RETURN REACHES OUR WAREHOUSE AND PASSES QUALITY CHECK, EXCHANGES ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 7–10 WORKING DAYS.
* IF YOUR REQUESTED SIZE IS UNAVAILABLE, WE’LL OFFER:
 AN ALTERNATE PRODUCT OF SIMILAR VALUE, OR
A GIFT CARD EQUAL TO THE ITEM'S PRICE, VALID FOR 6 MONTHS ONLINE AND IN-STORE.


3. RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
* EMAIL US WITH YOUR ORDER ID, NAME, AND ISSUE DETAILS.
* SHARE UNBOXING VIDEOS AND PHOTOS FOR DEFECTIVE ITEM CLAIMS ON OUR EMAIL ADDRESS DRIPMYFITWORK@GMAIL.COM

* OUR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE TEAM WILL RESPOND WITHIN 48 HOURS.
* ONCE APPROVED, WE’LL ARRANGE A REVERSE PICKUP.
* ENSURE THE PRODUCT IS PACKED AS IT WAS DELIVERED.



4. CHARGES & REFUNDS
* A FLAT RS. 155 REVERSE SHIPPING FEE APPLIES PER RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST, REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OF ITEMS.
* SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR BOTH COD AND PREPAID ORDERS.
* ALL REFUNDS ARE ISSUED AS A DRIPMYFIT GIFT CARD, VALID FOR A YEAR.

 


5. EXCHANGE VALUE DIFFERENCES
* IF THE EXCHANGED ITEM COSTS MORE, YOU’LL NEED TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE VIA PREPAID MODE.
* IF THE NEW ITEM COSTS LESS, THE REMAINING AMOUNT WILL BE CREDITED TO YOU VIA A GIFT CARD.



6. WHAT’S COVERED UNDER REFUND/EXCHANGE
WE COVER MANUFACTURING DEFECTS SUCH AS:
* LOOSE SEAMS OR STITCHING
* EXCESSIVE PILLING
* MISSING PRINTS OR EMBELLISHMENTS
* SEVERE WRINKLING OR CREASING ON DELIVERY
* VISIBLE DEFECTS IMPACTING APPEARANCE OR USABILITY

 


7. WHAT’S NOT COVERED
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR:
* DAMAGE FROM IMPROPER WASHING OR CARE
* WEAR AND TEAR FROM USE
* ALTERATIONS MADE POST-PURCHASE
* DAMAGE FROM CHEMICALS, ACCIDENTS, OR MISUSE



8. ORDER CANCELLATION
* COD ORDERS CAN BE CANCELLED BEFORE DISPATCH ONLY.
* PREPAID ORDERS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE CANCELLED ONCE PLACED.
* IF APPLICABLE, ANY REFUND ON PREPAID ORDERS IS ISSUED ONLY VIA GIFT CARD.
